Field Trip Authorization Form Permission to attend field trips sponsored by St. Walter School must be given in writing on the St. Walter School Field Trip Authorization Form. No other form of permission, either verbal or in writing will be accepted. A copy of this form can be found here and may be reprinted in the case of a lost form. Detailed information pertaining to the field trip can be found in the Calendar section of this Web Site or by calling the school office. |
