St. Walter is once again offering participation in our 'Shopping Certificate Program". It is a program that is easy and one that can earn much needed funds for our school and saves YOU $$$ on your tuition. You simply order the certificates of your choice, pay face value, receive them one week later and get a deduction on your next tuition statement! The amount deducted depends on the amount you buy. The school receives a discount from a company that distributes certificates and then passes half of the discount on to you. Hope you will consider giving the program a try this year! To Place an Order: Complete the Shopping Certificate Order Form First time orders must attached the Disclaimer Form. Enclosed the full payment with your order. __ Order Dates - Full Day: Orders are due in the school office at 1:00 PM each Friday. Order Dates - Half Day: Orders are due in the school office at 11:30 AM on a Friday having an early dismissal. Order Date - No School Day: Orders are due in the school office on Thursday at 1:00 PM on weeks where a Friday school closing occurs. __ Arrival of Your Certificates: Filled orders are returned to you on the following Thursday. Based you what you specified on your Shopping Certificate Order Form, and your Disclaimer Form your order will either be: released to your child held in the school office for pick-up Backorders: Backorders will be sent to you the next week, or as soon as they become available to the school.
